The SGLH supports and promotes young, qualified junior staff who work or specialize in the field of food hygiene. For this purpose, the SGLH awards a sponsorship award for talented graduates or students from a Swiss university, ETH or technical college who have written a scientific paper of outstanding quality in the field of food hygiene.
